Your roadmap to a modern IT environment
We’ve done this enough times to stop improvising. Launch is a structured program to build the modern, managed IT environment that you need based on your business needs.

Where our clients come from
You have no IT function
No IT function, nothing documented, and whoever had the most patience for it ended up owning it. Launch builds the whole thing.
You're switching IT providers
Access, credentials, and documentation sit under somebody else's contract. Launch handles the handover and takes ownership without a coverage gap.
Your IT is in good shape
You don't need rebuilding. You need deeper expertise, standardization, documentation, and ownership by a team that answers for it.
Let's launch
Each component activates in sequence, and by graduation day you have a modern, managed IT environment with defined processes, clear ownership, and no open items.
Foundation & Control
Activate & Manage
Strategy & Planning
Customize your engagement
Launchand Workforce+cover what every growing company needs. Add-Ons are optional services that are tailored to your business needs, IT/technology infrastructure, and the obligations your industry carries.
Sophos MDR (24/7/365 SOC)
A dedicated security operations center watching your endpoints around the clock. Threats get contained and removed rather than handed back to you as an alert.
Franchisee Security
Email gateway protection, Workspace backup, and security awareness training extended across a franchise network, licensed and administered centrally by corporate.
Device Logistics
Store your spare devices in our warehouse to ensure a smooth on/offboarding for your employees. We'll configure & ship when someone joins the team, and receive & reimage when someone hits the ole dusty trail.
Location Management
Mange & monitor your network, AV, and other connected devices across your offices, warehouses, restaurants, retail stores, & pop-ups.
Advanced Compliance
SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS. Readiness assessment, gap analysis, control mapping, evidence gathering, and audit support.
Location Maintenance
Scheduled on-site visits at an agreed cadence, so small issues get handled on a predictable schedule instead of turning into service calls. Pairs with Location Management.
Cloud & Server Management
On-premise servers and cloud infrastructure. Monitoring, patching, virtualization, Active Directory health, certificate lifecycle, and cloud cost advisory.
Advanced Security
Zero trust network access, contractor and third-party access controls, device posture, risk assessments, and security policy beyond the standard set. Scoped to your environment.
Non-Standard Platforms
Manage your non-standard systems outside the typical IT environment stack.
Mobile & Shared Devices
Manage, patch, secure, & monitor your handhelds, tablets, kiosks, and company phones.
Penetration Testing
External and internal network testing, password strength audit, program gap assessment, and a re-test within 45 days to validate remediation.
Vulnerability Management
Continuous authenticated and unauthenticated scanning of your attack surface, with advisory hours attached.
Graduate from Launch into Workforce+
Workforce+ is the ongoing managed service covering your users, devices and IT strategy under one program. It flexes around whatever your team already owns, with ownership defined at the start so there are no gaps and no overlap.

Support through the entire lifecycle
Coterie brought Lerner in to support a national team through rapid headcount growth and an evolving office footprint. Process and policy development, cybersecurity compliance, device management, 24/7 help desk, provisioning, on and offboarding, and shipping and receiving. What started as an onboarding turned into five years of running the function.
Before we talk, here's what most teams want to know.
Launch is the program that builds the foundation. Workforce+ is the ongoing service that runs it. Launch graduates into Workforce+ with no gap in coverage. Launch isn't sold on its own.
Capabilities, such as support desk, device management, & access control, get implemented in a logical sequence. Many of them turn on in weeks 1-3, others in weeks 4-6. By weeks 7+, your environment is running, and we're focused on building your strategy, reporting, & budget.
It depends. If our scope is narrow & well defined, we can sometimes just dive straight in. But many clients start at Launch, because it doubles as our onboarding. A documented environment with managed devices means less remediation and faster phases.
Yes. If your environment needs Location Management or Device Logistics from day one, those get scoped and run alongside, and they carry through into Workforce+ at graduation without restructuring anything.
