We built this around what companies actually need
Lerner runs managed IT, builds the technology inside physical locations, and puts AI to work in both. Three different wheelhouses under one roof.

How the company took this shape
Lerner started in 2012 doing two things at once: running IT for growing companies and building the technology inside their spaces. That pairing came from our founder, David Lerner. He was working in real estate development and running IT on the side. His firm’s buildings kept needing cameras, access control, and networks, and he was the one who set them up. Eventually the side hustle became a business.
The two stayed together because of who our first clients were. Companies like Peloton were hiring fast and opening locations at the same time, so they needed someone to run IT for their people and build the technology in their spaces. Most firms that do both added the second half later, and you can see the seam in how the two teams work together. Ours grew up together, serving clients who needed both, so they plan, build, and run as one team.
Managed AI started in 2026, the same way: our clients needed it. We were already inside their systems and knew their data and workflows, and they started asking. We took growth equity funding to build it properly from the start.

What we do now
Workforce+
The full IT function for companies that would rather not build one. Support, identity, devices, security, onboarding, and the roadmap.
Deploy Nationwide
The technology inside physical locations. Designed before anyone breaks ground, deployed across every market to the same standard, and supported after the doors open.
AI Strategy Sprint
Strategy, deployments, automation, and embedded teams. Built inside the systems we already run for you.
Where we're going
The world is awash with change and getting more technically complicated, not less, and the point of the growth equity was to add capabilities and expertise to be a better partner to our clients.
