The most boring go-live you’ll ever have
We have boots on the ground in all 50 states to install the IT & technology that makes your locations run like a chef's kiss

Boots on the ground in all 50 states
Most firms that can build a location can build it near their office. We deploy across all 50 states and Canada with our own standards and our own accountability, rather than handing a site to whoever answers the phone in that market.
That matters at volume. A rollout across twelve markets with twelve local vendors produces twelve slightly different buildings and twelve different people to call when one goes down. One team, one standard, one number.

We manage the process soup-to-nuts
We’ve designed & built-out 2,700+ warehouses, retail stores, restaurants, offices, pop-up shops and more. We’ve seen it all, and handle the entire process, whether you’re doing your 1st build or your 100th build.

How our process keeps your rollout on track
Decisions get made before install
Hardware, placement, and settings are locked into the drawing set before a crew shows up. Multiply that by forty locations and you get forty buildings that match.
One team owns the seams
Cabling, AV, and security get scoped together under one project manager. The handoffs between trades are where rollouts break, so that’s where we put the attention.
Every location builds on the last
A reusable standard means the fiftieth location goes up faster than the first and costs less to support for as long as it’s open.

100+ locations in 25+ states over 13 years
Peloton has been a Lerner client since 2013, starting with flagship studio support and growing into national location buildouts, procurement, logistics, and ongoing managed services as the company scaled. 8,000+ employees and 100+ locations across more than 25 states, built and supported to one standard.
Before we talk, here's what most teams want to know.
The standard gets designed once and every site is built to it with customization as needed on a site-by-site basis. Installers execute the drawing set rather than making calls in the field, and any deviation routes back through project management for a decision rather than getting resolved on the day. Consistency isn't a process we apply afterward, it's a design decision we make before the first site.
Most clients move onto Manage the Footprint, where the team that built it runs it. You can also hand it to your own team, and the documentation is built to make that possible rather than to make you dependent on us.
No. We own the technology workstream and coordinate with everyone else. Your GC still builds the building. What changes is that someone is accountable for the seams between trades, which is where most rollout failures actually happen.
Around 8-10 weeks for a standard site. It compresses to 3-4 weeks when the site matches a standard type and the hardware is already in our buffer stock, which we size against your forecast rather than against last project's leftovers. Carrier circuits, permits, and cabling in an unbuilt space are the long poles in the tent.
